Swim and Tri Sessions

The KWT team has teamed up with Emma Cody to deliver some focused training sessions to help develop your confidence and skills (along with meeting other like minded women like yourself)

Emma currently coordinates and runs the Raumati Raptors Tuesday night program and coaches the Raumati Masters club on Wednesday and Sundays. She has over ten years coaching experience here and in Australia and another 10 years competitive swimming experience.

There is no need to book for these sessions - but if you can indicate if you're coming along that will help us :-)

Basic competence:

You should be able to swim just to feel comfortable in the water (regardless of distance).
50 m without stopping at all would be probably a good level of swimming ability to be able to take part from a safety perspective. Generally if you can swim two laps without stopping this will be a good base to improve on.

If you're not sure - then contact us to chat.
