Swim and Tri Sessions

The KWT team has teamed up with Sierra of Sparkle Fitness to deliver some focused training sessions to help develop your confidence and skills (along with meeting other like minded women like yourself)

There is no need to book for these sessions - but if you can indicate if you're coming along that will help us :-)

Tri Training

Saturday 9 am - 10 am
Weekly from 15 Jan - 19 Feb 2021 (Let us know you're keen via the event tab on our Facebook page)

Meet outside the Waterfront Bar. Matatua Road, Raumati Beach.
$5 per session

Sessions are led by Sierra lead coach of Sparkle Fitness

Each session is designed to build your skills and confidence so you can have a fantastic day in Feb!

Great for swimmers, swim bikers, and triathletes - no matter what your tri'ing to achieve.

15th Jan - Swim session
22nd Jan - Swim bike inc transition
29th Jan - Swim session
5th Feb - Swim / bike / Run with focus on transition
12th Feb - Swim session
19th Feb - Mini tri

There are public changing facilities next to the Waterfront Bar. 

Sea Swims

Wednesday evening
10th & 17th February 2021

 6.15 pm for a 6.30 pm start

$5 per session

Meet outside the Waterfront Bar. Matatua Road, Raumati Beach

An opportunity to practice your sea swim (with lifeguards present). This is also a good time to ask questions and get practical tips and support from others. (and some bonus training).  NO Booking is necessary, just turn up for 6:15 pm.  (Although it would be great to indicate on our Facebook page event if you're coming along)
