Do you like to swim? bike? run? walk? Choose your challenge, either as an individual or a team of mates. First timer or gym fit - there are options to suit your level of experience and fitness.
(and we've got some training options to help you rise to the occasion)
*Long distance triathlon and duathlon are designed for more experienced participants. You need to be able to complete the entire distance comfortably within 2 hrs (approx. under 30 mins swim, under 45 min cycle, under 45 min run). We will monitor progress and you may be asked to turn back early.

Our events are about personal achievements, not a race. We do love celebrating everyone's achievements together. Thanks to our terrific supporters we have some wonderful spot prizes to giveaway.

Things to note:
- All participants must attend briefing and be ready to start soon after.
- At the Finish: Hand in your transponder (only applicable for teams) collect a drink and celebrate!
